Q: Do you make custom made window blinds?
A: No, not at the moment. Only the standard models for VELUX ® branded roof windows that you can find in our selection.
Q: Do you provide an installation service?
A: Yes, but at the moment we only provide this service in the Brussels region in Belgium. To benefit from this service just add the separate product "Installation Service" to your order and make sure to leave your address details and email address when ordering and we will contact you about a time that suits you, for us to come and install the product. The cost of the installation service is only EUR 19.00.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: That depends on where you are ordering. For our shipping rates please visit the online store for further details. FREE shipping in Belgium! You can also collect the product yourself for FREE in Brussels if you wish. To do this just choose Brussels Collect as the delivery method in the online shop. Once the payment has been made you will be sent a payment confirmation and the details of where you can collect the product from.
